| 1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction strength Fe Co V soft magnetic alloy. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, the saturated magnetic induction strength of the alloy is the highest (2.4t), the Curie point is also very high (980 ℃), and the saturation magnetostriction coefficient is the largest (60-100 ¡Á 10-6)¡£ Because of the high saturation magnetic induction strength, when making the same power motor, the volume can be greatly reduced. When the electromagnet is used, it can produce large suction force under the same cross-section area. Because of the high Curie point, the alloy can work at a high temperature when other soft magnetic materials have been demagnetized completely, and maintain good magnetic stability. Because of its large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is very suitable for magnetostrictive transducer, which has high output energy and high working efficiency. The resistivity of the alloy is low (0.27 ¦Ì¦¸¡¤ m) , not suitable for use at high frequency. The price is expensive, easy to oxidize, and the processing performance is poor.
